Learnrithm AI Partner Program Terms and Conditions

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old

1.2 You must have a valid account or wallet for payments

1.3 You may not be an employee of Learnrithm AI unless we give written permission

2.1 Promote Learnrithm AI truthfully and without misleading claims

2.2 Follow all applicable laws and regulations in your region, including FTC guidelines, GDPR, and local advertising standards

2.3 Do not use spam or automated unsolicited messages

2.4 Do not impersonate the company or its representatives

2.5 Maintain professional content standards - no adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content

2.6 Comply with influencer disclosure requirements and platform-specific advertising policies

2.7 Report any security incidents, fraud attempts, or data breaches immediately

2.8 Maintain accurate records of promotional activities for at least 24 months

3.1 You will receive a unique tracking link for your promotional activities

3.2 You earn commission only when a new user signs up and makes a qualifying purchase

3.3 Commission rates and qualifying actions will be shown in your partner dashboard

3.4 We may update rates with 30 days notice

3.5 Commissions are not paid for your own purchases or fraudulent transactions

3.6 Cookies used to track referrals last 30 days from the user's first click

4.1 Payouts are made at the beginning of each month for earnings exceeding the minimum threshold

4.2 You must provide accurate payment information including valid banking information and tax identification

4.3 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commission income in your jurisdiction

4.4 We are not responsible for incorrect tax filings or tax consequences of your participation

4.5 We may issue tax forms or other tax documents as required by law

4.6 Payouts may be withheld for suspected fraud, violations, or incomplete tax documentation

4.7 Commission earnings are subject to a 14-day hold period to allow for refunds and chargebacks

5.1 Strictly prohibited: Click fraud, fake accounts, automated traffic, incentivized clicks, or any form of artificial manipulation

5.2 We employ advanced fraud detection including IP analysis, behavioral tracking, and anomaly detection

5.3 Fraudulent activity results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

5.4 We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and may require additional verification

5.5 All referred traffic must be genuine, human users with legitimate interest in our services

6.1 Limited license to use Learnrithm AI trademarks solely for approved promotional activities

6.2 Must follow our brand guidelines and may not modify logos or create derivative works

6.3 Cannot register domains containing our trademarks or confusingly similar variations

6.4 Prohibited from bidding on our trademarked terms in paid search campaigns

6.5 We retain all rights to our content, technology, and intellectual property

6.6 All trademark usage rights terminate immediately upon program termination

7.1 You may only collect personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

7.2 Obtain proper consent before collecting any personal information from prospects

7.3 Implement appropriate safeguards to protect any personal data you handle

7.4 Do not share personal data of referred users with unauthorized third parties

7.5 Maintain an updated privacy policy if collecting personal data through your promotional activities

7.6 Immediately notify us of any suspected data breaches involving referred user information

8.1 Comply with all terms of service and advertising policies of platforms used for promotion

8.2 All promotional content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and appropriate for the target audience

8.3 No adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or harmful material in association with our brand

8.4 We reserve the right to review and request removal of any promotional content

8.5 Platform violations may result in immediate program suspension

9.1 We may modify these terms with 30 days written notice

9.2 Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes

9.3 Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days written notice

9.4 We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms

9.5 Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove our branding
